1-4 Preparing submitted documents

Among submitted documents, there are not only the ones that you get from city hall or authorities but also some you have to make for yourself.

Also, the documents you get from your country should be attached with Japanese translation.

Like collecting documents, this also takes time and effort.

There may be a lot of people who hesitate to ask them in cost or fee.

However, if they are reliable experts, they would tell you about the total amount fee, retainer fee, contingent fee, how to pay miscellaneous costs, and so on, in advance.

Conversely speaking, you can say that “The experts” who keeps these points ambiguous can be said as questionable in work experience, too.

1-6 Application

Like the first meeting, application should be done after calling Legal Affairs Bureau to take reservation.

The applicant has to be present at the time of application at Legal Affairs Bureau.

However, the case of the applicant younger than 15 will be done by their legal representative.
